1 Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (individual participant or client organization) and Tao of Leadership. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2 Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property on this site and within our training programs — including but not limited to course curriculums, case studies, assessment frameworks, workshop slides, graphics, brand identity, and the "Tao of Leadership" methodology — is owned by or licensed to Tao of Leadership.
- Training materials supplied to participants are for individual educational use only.
- No materials may be reproduced, redistributed, published, or commercialized without prior written consent from Tao of Leadership.
3 Program enrolment & consulting engagements
Corporate engagements, customized training programs, and capacity building sessions are subject to formal Service Agreements / Statements of Work (SOW) mutually agreed between Tao of Leadership and the client organization. In case of any conflict between these general website terms and a signed SOW, the specific terms of the SOW shall govern.
4 Professional conduct & workshop participation
Participants in all Tao of Leadership programs are expected to maintain professional decorum, respect peer confidentiality during group discussions, and adhere to constructive engagement guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any participant who exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behavior without entitlement to refund.
5 Limitation of liability
While Tao of Leadership exercises rigorous quality in all instructional and advisory services, strategic decisions and their implementation remain the sole responsibility of the client organization. Tao of Leadership and its facilitators shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business outcomes arising from advice or training programs.
6 Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
